Chef Mike Was A Founding Member Of The Community Service Programs Sponsored By Johnson & Whales University And Through This Opportunity He Was Able To Create And Maintain A Culinary Arts Program For At Risk Adults Including Refugees And Immigrants For Over Ten Years. The Program Is Still In Operation Today
